If you live in a country where an additional TAX is demanded of you in order to receive the package sent by us, it is not our problem, it is your problem to deal with.

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL, which means that once you have paid for your order in full, we do not accept any returns unless you have received a defective product, in which case we will send you a replacement after having been presented with solid proof that your product is defective due to a factory error, for example. This is not applicable, however, to products that have been damaged because of your courier’s treatment of your package.
